This fun-filled, family event welcomes the public to the beautiful 6-acre Brentwood Science Magnet Elementary (BSME) campus at 740 S. Gretna Green Way in the heart of Brentwood. This 11th annual celebration will feature a field of bouncers, including toddler bouncers and a giant inflatable maze. Plus educational exhibits like the Reptile Family and old-timey steam machine demonstrations. This year the carnival games and prizes are all-new.

This year’s Silent Auction includes hundreds of exciting opportunities and items:
- Four luxury suite tickets at the Staples center for a Lakers or Clippers or Kings game.
- Summer camps like STAR, Tumbleweed, and Coast Sports.
- Disneyland! Magic Mountain! Pacific Park! More!
- Gift baskets galore.
- Fun educational excursions such as The Discovery Cube, Rolling Robots, A Faery Hunt.
- A 1-night stay with dinner for two at Hotel Angeleno.
- Dozens of restaurant and spa gift certificates.
- Karate lessons, dance lessons, and tons of other family activities.
Thanks to our generous partners, 100% of the proceeds from the Silent Auction help support the school: arts and music instruction, teacher assistants, and physical education. This year we have increased funding for our four science labs. For the first time, the silent auction will include an online auction: visit http://www.biddingowl.com/BrentwoodScience.
“The 11th annual Community Fair will bring the school community and the Brentwood community together for fun, food and an all-round wonderful day,” said Brentwood Science Magnet Elementary School Principal Ms. Aleta Taylor. “The day will celebrate our beautiful campus and raise funds for art and music, which are vital to our children’s education.”
Conducted by the Friends of Brentwood Science Elementary, the school’s nonprofit parent-teacher organization, the event is organized and staffed by an amazing group of volunteers. Parents, teachers, administrators, alumni and community partners work hand-in-hand to create a safe and successful day, treasured by all. The Friends is grateful for donations of food, funds and items and services from various businesses, merchants and other supporters. All net proceeds from the fair benefit BSME.
